Molly loves to tell stories through film that explore resilience, anxiety, imagination and growing up. She adores adding a dash (or two) of magical realism and whimsy while directing and writing dark comedy.
Her films and series have garnered multiple accolades and screenings at festivals around the world including winning Best of Fest at CTLPDX, three Audience Choice awards at Indieworks, Best TV/Web Series episode at Chicago Blowup International Arthouse Festival and have been featured on Funnyordie and Backstage.
She is a member of NYWIFT and Cinefemme and her recent directing projects include "Split", a mini-series now streaming on Amazon Prime and the short film "That Very Evening". She is in late stage development on her upcoming feature, Hothouse, a whimsical dark comedy.
Molly teaches Filmmaking and Acting for Film at various NYC institutions such as NYFA and Miami Ad School as well as private
coaching and consulting.
Her comedy stylings have led to one woman shows, standup, original songs, essays, scripts and hosting a monthly stage show where she interviewed comedians, authors, actors, artists, filmmakers..oh and, a therapist, a dog, a baby, and a horse!
